Objective 4

Create 2D and 3D keyframed and motion capture character, environmental, and FX animation assets appropriate for use in game projects utilizing industry-standard software tools, pipelines, and platform guidelines.

The Deadliest War is a game for peace. It is an adventure strategy game designed to bring awareness to the mineral war in the Congo and stop young children from being forced into the war. As an Art Lead for this project I have done many things for the project including all art documentation, directing motion capture shoots, managing meetings, overseeing the art team, reviewing & critiquing work, and working directly with the artist, designers and programmers with every step of the project. This project used programssuch as Cortex, 3ds Max, Maya, Motion Builder and Unity.

This is an accumulation of some of the animation that I have done throughout my time at UAT. I have done various scenes from working with environments, to recording, cleaning, editing, applying, and importing motion capture animations into game engines. I have worked with Blend animations in Unreal 4 that you will see below. I have also implemented particle, texture animations successfully into Unreal 4 as well that you will see below.
